Terms of Use

 These terms cover your use of the Video Browser app. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please delete the app.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use Video Browser on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard licence agreement also applies: Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's disagree, Apple's prevail.

You may not resell the app, reverse-engineer it except where law expressly allows, or remove any notices from it.

2. What the app is

Video Browser is a web browser. It renders pages from the internet using Apple's WebKit engine. The content you see comes from the websites you choose to visit — not from us. We do not host, publish, moderate or endorse any of it, and we cannot vouch for its accuracy, legality or safety.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the app. In particular:

• Follow the laws that apply to you.
• Follow the terms of the websites you visit. Many services restrict copying, storing or redistributing their content.
• Only save content you have the right to save. The app's offline library exists for your own personal use of material you are entitled to keep. Using it to copy or redistribute someone else's work without permission is your responsibility, not ours, and may be unlawful.
• Do not use the app to reach material that is illegal where you are.

4. Age

The app allows unrestricted access to the web and is rated 17+. You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.

5. Subscriptions

Video Browser is free. An optional subscription, Video Browser Pro, unlocks an offline library with no size limit, downloads that continue in the background, and removes upgrade prompts.

• Plans: weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Price: shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency. Prices differ by region and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
• Free trial: where offered, any unused part is forfeited if you buy a subscription before it ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• Managing and cancelling: go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions on your device, at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. We cannot issue them ourselves.

Tap Restore purchase on the upgrade screen to recover a subscription on a new device or after reinstalling.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including in ways that remove functionality. Where a paid feature is withdrawn during a period you have paid for, contact us and we will help you seek a refund from Apple.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will render every website correctly. Some sites deliberately behave differently outside their own apps.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Saved content lives on your device. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; we cannot recover it.

9. Third parties

Search results, suggestions and trending listings come from third-party providers chosen in the app's settings. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. Apple is not a party to these terms but may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
